    Aren't waste bins with falling lids basically spraying germs all around the room whenever you close them?

    Shouldn't nurses not very little trained personel do this? Our country has let to much of our care to be performed by those who have on job or 3 to 6 weeks of training. That does not give them enough training to be doing these procedures. Beauticians have much more education as do mechanics etc.
